There are different ways you can use OpenFin services. When you login to an application, for example, the application
may use your OpenFin Account to authenticate your identity. If you are a developer, you may access the OpenFin Developer
use of OpenFin services and how we use that information.

In light of the international nature of our business, OpenFin complies with the U.S.-EU Safe Harbor Framework
and the U.S.-Swiss Safe Harbor Framework as set forth by the US Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use
and retention of personal information from European Union member countries and Switzerland. For more information

- Personal Information. Personal Information is any information that may be used to individually
identify or personally contact you. Your Personal Information may include your name, email address,
mailing address, phone number and other identifying information you provide to OpenFin.
- Non-Personal Information. Non-Personal Information is any information that does not individually
identify you, or is not directly associated with you.
- Cookie. A cookie is a small file containing a string of characters that is sent to your computer when
you visit a website. When you visit the website again, the cookie allows that site to recognize your browser.
Cookies may store user preferences and other information.
- IP address. Every computer connected to the Internet is assigned a unique number known as an Internet
protocol (IP) address. Since these numbers are usually assigned in country-based blocks, an IP address can
often be used to identify the country from which a computer is connecting to the Internet.
- Information We Collect
We collect information in two ways:
Information you give us. When you create your OpenFin Account, you will be asked to provide Personal
Information about yourself.
Information we get from use of your OpenFin Account. OpenFin also collects and stores Non-Personal
Information when you use your OpenFin Account. This information includes:
- Device Information We may collect device-specific information (such as your hardware model,
operating system version and unique device identifiers). We may associate your device identifiers
with your OpenFin Account.
- Audit information. When you use your OpenFin Account, we may automatically collect audit
information. This type of information is used for technical administration and to improve our
products and services. This may include:
Date and time of login to a given application and duration of your use
Internet Protocol ("IP") address (except to the extent that IP addresses are considered
Personal Information under local law)
Device event information such as crashes, connection speed and system activity
features, or to store your user preferences. You may set your computer's browser preferences to
remove and disable cookies. But note that some features of applications may not operate properly if
you disable your cookies.
- Local storage. We may collect and store information (including Personal Information) locally
on your device using mechanisms such as browser web storage (including HTML5) and application data caches.

We use the information we collect to ensure security and compliance of our services, and to provide, maintain, protect

by clicking on the "unsubscribe" link located on the bottom of any OpenFin marketing e-mail. You cannot, however, opt
out of receiving transactional e-mails related to your OpenFin account. We will use commercially reasonable efforts
to process such requests in a timely manner. You should be aware, however, that it is not always possible to completely
remove or modify information in our databases.
- Important Notices to Non-U.S. Residents
OpenFin abides by the principles set forth in the U.S.-EU Safe Harbor Framework and the U.S.-Swiss Safe Harbor
Framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of data from
the European Union member countries and Switzerland. However, it is important to note that the servers that store
the Information are operated in the United States or at one of our other data centers located outside the United States.
If you are located outside of the United States, please be aware that any Information provided to us may be transferred
to the United States. By visiting our website and/or using our services, you consent to this transfer.
In order to comply with the Safe Harbor framework, OpenFin commits to the resolution of complaints about your privacy
and our collection or use of the Information. We have committed to resolve any complaints by European Union citizens
